A Sportsmobile Sprinter is a truly versatile machine — for cross-country adventure and home-town family transportation. '06 Sprinter shown.
Up Front
Driving And Lounging Comfort. It's built-in with a roomy cab and very comfortable captain’s seats with lots of seat adjustments. The windows are extra large for excellent visibility.
A Large Compartment Over The Cab provides storage for bulky items. There’s also a small compartment under the passenger’s seat, a large glove compartment and side door map pockets.
The Mid-Section

The Galley Area Is Attractive And Efficiently Planned. There’s adequate counter space for meal preparation and lots of convenient storage. The interior of the Sprinter is very well lighted. There are also two halogen lights over the counter with a dimmer. A 3 cubic foot electric refrigerator is standard. Unlike a 3-way refrigerator it gets cold fast, draws little amperage, and there’s no need to park to level. It can be exchanged for a 4 or 7 cubic foot model. A clothes hanging cabinet is located behind the full-height sliding pantry, which is an option in this plan. Microwave (O).

A Combo Bath Compartment (O) is located behind the driver’s seat in place of the standard 36"-wide seat, end cabinet and 40"-wide window. For a large bath/dressing area, the bath compartment door will swing around to close off the cab. Then close the side door window curtain and the rear bifold door for complete privacy. Bath sink and attic fan are (O).
The Rear Section
The Rear Has A Feeling Of Spaciousness. It’s really very pleasant and comfortable for lounging, entertaining, dining and sleeping. The dual-layered seat foam is thick, and the back cushions slant for comfort and are removable. The table conveniently stows behind the driver's seat.
A Low Rear Step Bumper makes egress and access to the upper storage compartment easy. This compartment can range in depth from 18” to 48”. There’s also a door in the compartment front.
The Two Large Screened Awning Side Windows and rear van windows provide an enjoyable view of the great outdoors. The day/night shades have two sections. Pull down one section during the day and you can see out but they can’t see in (see picture on the right). At night, pull down the second section for privacy (see the left picture). These shades with their upholstered trim panels also help insulate the windows.
It’s Quick And Easy To Convert The Dinette Into A Bed. The seat cushions slide out on steel roller tracks. The back cushions then drop into place. Four large lounge pillows and six seat belts are included.
Dinette Coverts To One Large Bed or two 30" wide twin beds with a 5" walk space.
There’s Lots Of Storage Under The Seats. The fresh water tank locates under the front right cushion. Having the tank inside the van keeps the fresh water at room temperature. Add anti-freeze to the holding tanks under the van for winter travel. The seat bases are steel framed and secured through the van's floor. Seats include seat belts.
A Good Night’s Sleep Is Essential For Happy Traveling. Sportsmobile’s thick dual foam with upholstered covers assures sleeping comfort. The soft top layer of foam rolls together so you won’t feel the cushion cracks.
There's plenty of room for six to socialize.
