Running Boards
For good looks and easier egress, these tough single-piece, fiberglass running boards, also help protect the van's sides. They can be painted to match the van color, most popular, or a contrasting color.
Automotive Vinyl Stripes
Add some color to your Sprinter. The design shown in the upper photo is the Pacific in black vinyl. Available in black, gray, blue, burgundy and green.
Available in black, red burgundy, blue and silver.
Painted Lower Panels
For more color the lower Sprinter panels can be painted with automotive acrylic.
Awnings
One person can easily crank the awning in/out in three minutes. Expands your living area when the sun is hot or it's raining. Canopy angle is adjustable. Double-sided, highly durable vinyl coated canopy allows light to filter through. Attractive molded aluminum case is available in white or titanium. For an additional cost the case can be painted some other color.
The awning for the RB Sprinter is 7'6" x 10' long. The EB awning is 7'6" x 13' long.
Solar Panels
Do you need solar panels? The question is, "Will you be camping for a long period of time, three to four days or longer, without starting the van's engine or plugging into a 110V hook-up to charge the batteries?" If yes, figure out amp usage per day and the time parked in the sun. Then we can install the right size system for your needs.
Solar Panels
Stores the sun's energy in your auxiliary batteries. One panel will pretty well take care of an electric refrigerator's 12V needs. Two will normally take care of your refrigerator and provide plenty of amps for 12V lights, water pumps, attic fan, etc. Some owners order up to four. Solar panels include an advanced designed Solar Controller and control panel.
For lots more info see the Systems Info page.

Rear Tire Carrier

Tire carrier shown with Sprinter step bumper.
Sportsmobile's rear tire carrier lowers and then swings out of the way. The wheel and tire weigh about 70 pounds and requires two people to lower and raise it. A vinyl cover is included. A rear receiver hitch is also required.
Note: Sprinters have the spare tire mounted under the van's rear. If a generator, black water tank, or under-van storage compartment is to be installed in this location, the spare tire will have to be moved to the van's rear. Or, the spare can be located in the van in a special compartment.
