Optional Wheels Ford factory aluminum 16 x 7 wheels are available when the van is ordered from Ford. After market 16 x 8 wheels are also available in various styles and prices. Not available for diesel engine vans.
Optional Tires The largest after market tires for 4x4's are 285-75-R16 that mount on 17 x 7 wheels (BF Goodrich is most popular). Note: this larger tire can be mounted under the rear of Ford vans in place of the standard tire. Or mounted on a rear tire carrier.
Standard Ford Wheels and Tires Standard wheels are 16 x 7 with wheel covers. Standard factory tires are 245-75-R16.
Hella Remote Tire Monitoring System (not shown). Adjustable and will tell you which tire is low — if any.
Rear Bumpers
Trojan "Rear" Bumper Same heavy-duty aluminum construction as the Trojan front bumper. Bumpers include a swing-away tire carrier and a choice of three swing-away aluminum compartments on the right side. A storage compartment is also built into the bumper with a locking top.
Trojan Side Ladder For easy top access. Built like the Trojan bumpers. Can install on left or right sides. Aluminum with a black powder coated finish.
Continental Tire Cover or a vinyl cover can be included to cover and help protect your spare tire.
Trojan Tire Carrier This tire carrier installs in front of the van's rear bumper. Swings around to clear the van's doors. It does not interfere with space under van's rear for a storage compartment box or generator installation. Welded aluminum. Black powder coated finish.
Trojan Cargo Boxes
All boxes are welded aluminum with a powder-coated finish. Lights and receiver hitch (O).
Rear bumpers include a swing-awning tire carrier and a choice of three cargo boxes.
Rear Bumper C includes a camper box that can accommodate a Honda 2000W generator. Lockable hinge down lid/table. The top will hold two Coleman 5 gallon water containers. Compartment 24"L x 14"W x 18"H.
Rear Bumper A Includes a welded aluminum basket. Jerry cans not included. 28"L x16"W x 6.5"H.
Rear Bumper B Includes the Baja box. Space for one jerry can and a storage compartment with a top lockable lid. 28"L x 15"W x 10"H.

Hella Ralley 4000 Metal Pencil Beam is an exceptional competition, great off-road lamp. The rugged die-cast housing features a revolutionary mounting system which holds the beam steady even on rough terrain, and allows the lamp to be aimed without tools. Can be mounted upright, pendant and sideways without affecting beam placement. Approx. 9" round.
Hella 500 Fog/Driving Light. Aluminum vapor housing. H3 12V/55W bulb. 6" round. Can install in Trojan's front bumper indentations.
Hella Picador Light. Excellent all-round utility light. Can install in various locations in Trojan's rear bumper indentation (see rear bumper photo above). 4" x 6" rectangular.
